rwx sandbox background restart
Sync local changes and restart a managed background process.
Usage
rwx sandbox background restart [config-file] --key <key> [flags]
Description
Sync local changes to the sandbox, stop the process, and start its original command again. A process started with rwx sandbox background --port keeps its sandbox port and reuses its local port if available. If that local port is in use, the CLI allocates a new one and prints the updated preview URL.
You can also restart a process declared in the sandbox task's background-processes by its configured key. If you exposed it separately with rwx sandbox tunnel, run that command again after restarting to reopen the tunnel.
Use this when an application needs a hard restart to pick up changes. If a restart isn't needed, rwx sandbox exec syncs changes and runs a command, while rwx sandbox push syncs them without running one.
To change the command or its port, use rwx sandbox background with the same key instead.
